About

Built by someone who lived this pain

SignalSnap isn't a venture-backed platform with a marketing team. It's one freelancer's answer to a problem I kept losing money to — built in the open, shipped honestly.

I run client work solo — I'm the delivery person, the account manager, and the project manager all at once. The work was never the problem. The follow-up was. A renewal nobody chased. A promise made on a call three weeks ago that I never logged. A quiet “we might need more help” buried in a thread I never acted on. None of it loud — all of it expensive. A single missed renewal can be worth $2,000+.

I tried the usual fix: a CRM I never kept up to date, a notes app, a folder of half-remembered context. It was busywork that still let things slip. So I started building the tool I actually wanted — a self-maintaining, per-client memory that hands me a status report and ranked next moves, and catches the renewals and openings before they leak. I made it for me first.

I'm building it in the open: a real person you can email, no fake numbers, no invented testimonials. This page is here so you know exactly who's behind the product before you trust it with your client work.

I'm Tanmoy — I run apptodesign and spend my days on client work. I built SignalSnap after one too many calls where I'd forgotten what we last agreed. Now it briefs me on every client 30 seconds before I dial in.
